Electrical installation to a mixed development comprising of retail, integrated bus interchange and residential apartments

This contract is Sim Liam's first development in Singapore that is primarily focused on commercial spaces. 

The development attained TOP status in January 2017, awarded BCA Green Mark GoldPlus. It consists of a 25 storey office tower, with retail podium and a basement. 

ERCS ventured on a full electrical package to support the endeavor. This package includes maintenance of electrical, lightning protection and security systems.
