Full civil and structure, mechnical and electrical works for a brownfield DC.

As a DC specialist, ERCS converted an existing warehouse into a data centre. Full civil & structural, with generator gantry, as well as mechanical, electrical & pumbling works were carried out.

The data centre was constructed according to Tier 3 design & achieved BCA Greenmark Platinum. Phase I was completed within 8 months.
